One of the beer world’s most popular recent trends is barrel-aged beers, in which brewers age their brews in used bourbon barrels for months at a time. For this open-to-the-public rooftop event, Jack Rose has hand-picked their favorite limited-release barrel-aged beers, designed to pair with their coordinating bourbon pours and discounted cigars from Draper’s. Beer and bourbon pairings may include Fifty Brewing Co.’s Eclipse Stouts + Four Rose Single Barrels and Alltech’s Barrel-Aged Pumpkin Ale + Town Branch Bourbon.
