For the first time ever in DC, 20 Maui Brewing Co. beers will be featured on draft, all in one place! Maui’s founder Garrett Marrero and Jack Rose’s Nahem Simon were both in Hawaii during the missile scare in January of this year, and decided to instead turn that memory into an event celebrating life and incredible craft beer.
As Jack Rose prides itself on being an epicenter of all-things-beverage, all 20 drafts will each be featured alongside their own craft beer cocktail, whiskey, and cigar pairings.
In true Hawaiian spirit, Jack Rose will host a pig roast on the rooftop’s wood fire pit grill, which will also serve as the launch of the bar’s summer Tiki Thursdays happy hour.
The event runs from 5pm-10pm on the rooftop terrace and is free and open to the public.
