Jack Rose Dining Saloon is a world-renowned bar and restaurant boasting one of the largest whisk(e)y collections in the world, with more than 2,700+ different whisk(e)y expressions ranging from bourbon, rye, scotch, American and international whiskeys on its library-inspired shelves.

The saloon also carries an incomparable selection of other spirits, and serves uniquely hand-crafted cocktails, wines from around the world and beers on draft.

The three-story destination offers distinctly different experiences throughout: the downstairs dining saloon, the glass-enclosed rooftop terrace, and the cellar tasting room and spirits shop, Premier Drams.
