Afternoon Book Signing & Tasting with Dave Broom

The Scotch Malt Whisky Society invites you to join award-winning spirits writer Dave Broom on his US book tour! His newest release, A Sense of Place, is a personal journey exploring Scotland’s whisky.
Attendees will be guided through this beautifully crafted narrative alongside six (6) single malt whiskies from distilleries featured in the book.
Traveling around his native Scotland and visiting distilleries from Islay and Harris to Orkney and Speyside, Dave explores the whiskies made there and the elements in their distilling, and locality, which make them what they are. Along the way he tells the story of whisky’s history and considers what whisky is now, and where it is going.
Ticket includes admission, whisky tasting and a signed copy of A Sense of Place by the great Dave Broom!
