SMWSA presents The Gathering 2023 with Pip Hills

Join The Scotch Malt Whisky Society and Founding Member Pip Hills for The Gathering 2023 in Washington, D.C.! Throughout the month of September, whisky lovers around the world are coming together in celebration of the club’s unparalleled heritage, a shared love for exceptional whisky and the Scotch Malt Whisky Society 40th Anniversary!
The evening will feature a first look at The Gathering 2023 Collection – US exclusive selections including the ‘Deep, rich & dried fruits’ Cask No. 6.71 Twin notes of a family favourite, ‘Peated’ Cask No. 53.454 Friends and a fall bonfire on a pacific beach and ‘Oily & coastal’ Cask No. 93.202 Coastal Cruising. In addition to previewing these sensational casks (also available for ordering with preferential pricing), attendees will get to taste some very exciting malts from our current collection – 40th Anniversary Cask No. 19.83 A finer class of travel as well as a stunning Vaults Collection will be available for sampling!
Great whisky deserves great company! Members are encouraged to bring friends and colleagues interested in whisky for complimentary drams and passed hors d’oeuvres.
