Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day at the place with the largest whiskey selection in the western hemisphere!
Jack Rose Dining Saloon will offer three different ways to celebrate the Irish holiday on
Thursday, March 17th. The whiskey haven will host an Irish beer, whiskey and punch
happy hour on the heated rooftop terrace, offer rare Irish whiskey flights in the saloon,
and a St. Paddy’s Day-themed Dram & Grain.
The rooftop terrace is inviting holiday drinkers to enjoy an extended St. Patrick’s Day
Happy Hour, featuring Irish drink specials such as $5 pints, $7 Irish whiskeys and $8
punches until 9 pm.
In the first-floor Dining Saloon, guests can enjoy two rare Irish whiskey flights selected
by owner and whiskey connoisseur Bill Thomas, showcasing vintage, highly-rated and
single-cask releases:
“Best of the Best” featuring Glendalough Single Malt 13-year, 16-year
Knappogue Castle Twin Wood Oloroso Finish, and 21-year Redbreast ($45)
“Cask-Strength Cooleys” featuring Exclusive Malts Cooley 10th Anniversary
Edition from 2002, Single Cask Nation Cooley 13-year, and AD Rattray Cooley
11-year ($35)
Underground cocktail den Dram & Grain will take on a St. Patrick’s Day theme,
featuring several specially-crafted Irish tipples, riffing on classics like the Tipperary, Irish
Coffee and more. The bar will be open to the public with no reservations required, at 7pm
