This Sunday, we’ll be tasting the newly released Bardstown Bourbon Company Single Origin series.
The Origin Series marks the first expressions made with 100% Bardstown Bourbon Company distillate.
The tasting lineup will include:
Bourbon, 6 yr, 96 proof, KSBW. Corn 60% / Rye 36% / Malted Barley 4%
Bottled-in-Bond, 6 yr, 100 proof, KSBW. Corn 68% / Wheat 20% / Malted Barley 12%
Rye, 6 yr, 95 proof, KSRW.
Additionally, we’ll be tasting:
– Fusion Series #8, KSBW, 95.5 proof (blend of two 4yr bourbons and 12yr bourbon)
– Discovery Series #9, 112.5 proof (blend of Georgia Bourbon, Kentucky Bourbon, Tennessee Bourbon and Canadian whiskey)
– Collaborative Series, West Virginia Great Barrel Co., 110 proof (blended rye whiskey finished in infrared toasted cherry oak)
– American Highway Reserve (blend of Georgia & Kentucky Bourbon aged on the open road)
VP of Product Development, Dan Calloway will be on-site for this special release.
