Our hotly anticipated new Wilderness Trail single barrels are here including (2) bourbon single barrels and (1) rye.
This tasting will be led by industry renowned microbiology and fermentation expert (and Wilderness Trail founder) Dr. Pat Heist!
Before starting Wilderness Trail, Dr. Heist spent 6 years as a Medical Microbiology Professor at Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine and co-founded Ferm Solutions, Inc., a provider of yeast, fermentation products and technical services to hundreds of distilleries in the U.S. and worldwide.
Wilderness Trail Distillery, in ten years, has grown from a one barrel a day operation to the 14th largest bourbon producers in the world and in 2018 became the 18th member of the famed Kentucky Bourbon Trail.
